Pro Plan ($9/month)
- Monthly subscription fee of $9 USD
- Access to premium content and features
- Billed monthly in advance
- Can be cancelled at any time
- No refunds for partial months
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription
- Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances
- Free Lite subscriptions can be cancelled immediately
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided through IntelWave News, including but not limited to:
- Newsletter articles and analysis
- Market insights and reports
- Website content and design
- Software and technology
Is owned by IntelWave News or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
